EDM lovers everywhere are stoked for the return of Imagine Music Festival, after a two-year absence due to COVID-19 and unforeseen weather conditions. Featuring some of the world’s best DJs, artists, and performances, Imagine is a legendary festival that never disappoints. It only gets better from here, because Imagine 2022 is moving to a new home in Kingston Downs, GA. The festival will be taking place on September 16-18, and festival goers should expect the unexpected.
We are excited to share that Imagine Music Festival is moving to a brand new location for the 2022 edition,” says Imagine Festival co-founders Maddy and Glenn Goodhand. “The new site encompasses all the beauty of nature with sprawling grass fields and pastures, rolling hills, and untouched woodlands, and we cannot think of a better venue to welcome fans back to music than Imagine.”
The aquatic-themed festival will be set in an organic oasis, featuring three days of exceptional vibes with master-crafted stages- filled with rich ocean art, decor, and all brought to life with the energy of avid fans. Imagine is poised to dive into ‘A New World’ at Kingston Downs, providing fans with new infrastructure including paved roads, an expanded footprint, and topography with proper drainage, as compared to previous locations.
Additionally, Imagine is releasing a graphic novel, “Tears of a Fallen Star,” which will pull fans into the mythical origins story of Imagine. Keep an eye out for regular chapter installments of this visionary story, which will be available for download on the new festival website.
Basically, Imagine 2022 is gonna be a big deal. We all know of the restrictions the pandemic placed on music festivals in 2020. The return of Imagine in 2021 looked promising, however, Mother Nature had other plans. Severe weather conditions in Georgia squashed any possibility of this festival taking place.
