SUPER FUTURE RELEASES OFFICIAL REMIX OF WAKA FLOCKA FLAME’S “GROVE ST. PARTY”

After igniting dancefloors and dominating festival stages across the country for nearly a year, Michigan-based electronic producer Super Future is officially dropping his long-anticipated remix of Waka Flocka Flame’s “Grove St. Party.” Out this Friday, June 13, the remix arrives via Warner Music and Spinnin’ Records, hitting all major streaming platforms.

The journey of the remix began last November, when Super Future unveiled it live during his opening set for Tape B at a sold-out show at Mission Ballroom in Denver. Looking to inject raw bass and hip-hop energy into his performance, he created the remix in a single inspired session—blending signature low-end elements from his tracks “Supermassive” and his “Gas Pedal” flip. What was meant to be a transitional moment in his set quickly took center stage when the crowd response proved explosive.

With no official bass-heavy remix of “Grove St. Party” circulating at the time, Super Future’s version quickly became a standout. Its debut, backed by Tape B’s full production including lasers and lighting, sent shockwaves through the venue. A TikTok video of the drop went viral, and soon, the remix was being spun by major bass acts across the circuit. The overwhelming demand eventually drew the attention of Warner and Spinnin’, who fast-tracked the remix’s official release.

I kept asking myself what song screams party energy, and the movie Project X came to mind – and immediately ‘Grove St. Party.’ Even though it’s not actually in that movie, it felt like it should be.”

This marks another major milestone in a breakthrough year for Super Future, following his Aurora EP release on CloZee’s Odyzey Music. With a special VIP version of the remix expected to hit summer festival stages, he continues to build momentum as one of the most dynamic artists in the scene.
