Relentless Beats, Arizona’s leading dance music promoter, continues to invest in Downtown Phoenix by bringing two of its signature concepts to one of the city’s most unique venues: the Eastlake Park Underpass. Known for transforming raw, urban spaces into high-energy dance floors, Relentless Beats has long delivered world-class experiences, from the launch of PHXLIGHTS in 2015 to major recent successes like Better Together at Steel Indian School Park and the sold-out Phoenix Warehouse Project at Warehouse 2215.
This fall, its sub-brand RBDeep introduces two underground-driven festivals at Eastlake: the boutique house event Body Language and the techno-focused Obsidian, each bringing a distinct sound and atmosphere to the gritty, industrial venue.
Body Language – October 24 & 25
Beloved by house fans, Body Language delivers an intimate, boutique festival vibe while booking top-tier global talent. Headliners for 2025 include Gorgon City and Tchami b2b AC Slater, supported by Amal Nemer, Ayybo, Kream, Marco Strous, MichaelBM, Noizu, Rafael, Ranger Trucco, Edward Joseph, and Valerie Stross.
With the Eastlake Underpass as its backdrop, the event channels graffiti walls, concrete textures, and the pulse of the city to create a raw underground energy.

Obsidian – November 07 & 08
Produced in partnership with Techno Snobs, Obsidian plunges fans into the darker side of electronic music, with raw, driving techno that shakes the city’s core. The 2025 lineup features Alignment, Callush, Dax J, Deborah de Luca, JST JR, Oguz, Panteros666, Regal, Salome, Trym, plus Dunes of Dawn, Nicko Angelo b2b Blake England, Noises, and The Pontiace House Project.
