Visionary producer and visual artist Of The Trees has returned with “Dolori,” his first solo release in more than two years and the opening statement from his forthcoming studio album Moonglade Park. Released via his independent imprint Memory Palace, the track marks a defining moment in the artist’s evolving creative arc.
Out January 16, 2026, “Dolori” had already become a focal point for fans during Of The Trees’ 2025 live performances, surfacing as a standout moment in his Electric Forest headline debut and during the closing set at his own immersive gathering, Camp Alderwild. Built on richly layered ambient atmospheres, hypnotic vocal movements, and introspective sound design, the track reflects a measured but powerful return both sonically and emotionally. It reinforces the artist’s long-standing ability to blur the boundaries between music, environment, and storytelling.
The single arrives alongside a visually striking music video directed by Jay Sansone of Human Being Media and featuring dancer Janiya Jaggers. Shot across a range of natural biomes, the visual mirrors the landscapes that inspired Moonglade Park, highlighting the close relationship between the album’s sonic world and the environments that shaped it. Each scene further establishes Of The Trees as a world-builder, extending the project beyond sound into a fully realized visual and emotional experience.
“Dolori” sets the emotional foundation for Moonglade Park, a long-awaited full-length project that leans into a concept-first approach. The album blends downtempo electronica, cinematic ambient textures, and experimental hip-hop influences. Inspired by immersive, front-to-back listening records, the project is designed to be experienced as a complete body of work, encouraging stillness, reflection, and reconnection in an era defined by constant motion.
About Of The Trees
Of The Trees is the alias of Tyler Coombs, a Denver-based producer and visual artist originally from Maine. Known for a sound that moves fluidly between dubstep, hip-hop, and atmospheric bass music, his productions are defined by spacious chord progressions, expansive synths, and grounded 808-driven rhythms. Tracks such as “Spanish Moss,” “Windhorse,” “Everglade March,” “Kick Back,” and “Honeydust” have collectively amassed millions of streams and helped shape his signature sonic identity.
Coombs has collaborated with artists including John Summit and Curren$y, further expanding his reach across genres. In November, he returned to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a two-night headline run, marking his second consecutive year at the iconic venue. Those performances launched his North American Moonglade Tour, a 30-plus-date national bus tour featuring Opiuo, Detox Unit, and EAZYBAKED. The tour saw widespread sellouts at landmark venues including The Salt Shed, The Hollywood Palladium, BayCare Sound, and Brooklyn Paramount.
Through his Memory Palace label and carefully curated live experiences, Of The Trees continues to expand his artistic universe while spotlighting a new generation of forward-thinking talent. That vision scaled further in 2025 with the debut of Camp Alderwild, a two-day camping event designed as an immersive convergence of music, nature, and community, reinforcing his reputation as a curator of holistic, world-driven experiences.
About Camp Alderwild
Camp Alderwild is a nature-first, immersive music and camping experience curated by Of The Trees. Launched in August 2025 in Telluride, Colorado, the event unfolded against the San Juan Mountains and featured a forward-thinking lineup including Tycho, Jade Cicada, Ott., Thought Process (Live), EPROM (Underclock set), Taiki Nulight, Curra, and Air Castles. Beyond the main stage, the weekend incorporated intimate venues, poolside gatherings, and after-hours programming throughout downtown Telluride.
Co-presented with Planet Bluegrass and AEG Presents, the inaugural edition earned early acclaim for its seamless integration of music, environment, and community. Positioned as both a standalone event and an extension of the Moonglade Park narrative, Camp Alderwild established itself as a meaningful new chapter in Of The Trees’ expanding creative world.
