EMW Presents announces the arrival of Mochakk Calling: NYC on June 21, 2025, a one-day open-air dance event set at the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal. Following the success of last summer’s Chris Lake: Black Book on the Pier shows, the venue has solidified its status as a must-visit destination for immersive waterfront music experiences—backed by sweeping skyline views and high-energy performances.
Headlining the event is none other than Mochakk, one of the most exciting names in global dance music. Originating from Brazil with roots in skate and hip-hop culture, Mochakk began as a beatmaker before turning to electronic music, where he quickly made a name for himself as both a meticulous producer and captivating performer. His rise has been powered by standout releases like ‘Jealous’ on Circoloco Records and remixes for legends such as Groove Armada and Diplo. Mochakk is also the creative force behind his global Mochakk Calling series and the culturally driven Tricks and Tracks events that combine skateboarding and electronic beats.
Joining Mochakk for the NYC edition are acclaimed artists DJ Boring B2B DJ Seinfeld, known for their genre-bending, acid-tinged back-to-back sets, and Lovefoxy, a Berlin-based house music curator.
