Hard dance heavyweights Kayzo and Water Spirit join forces on “XXX,” a relentless rawstyle collaboration arriving February 20 as the first release of 2026 on Welcome Records.
Blending rawstyle intensity with hard dance momentum, “XXX” surges forward with rave stabs, crushing kicks, break-driven pacing, and warped vocal edits that inject a playful edge into the track’s unrelenting energy. The collaboration captures both artists leaning into their most aggressive instincts, delivering a track built for physical impact while subtly layering Kayzo’s signature dubstep-rooted heaviness beneath the surface.
“I started this song way back in 2023 on my unleashed bus tour. I remember sitting on the bus before a show one day and just wanted to experiment with rock metal elements with hard dance and techno. The version I started back then was more of a hard psy version that for a while was THE version I played out. After about a year of that, I felt like the song needed new life. I remember talking to Water Spirit a while back about collaborating; I mentioned I had this idea lying around that I had been playing out and getting a good response, but felt it needed new life. We ended up basically re-recording all the metal bits and taking the drops in a much harder, more detailed Industrial meets Schranz and Gabber direction. This felt more in line with where our sound was and where it was going.”
The single arrives following the announcement of Kayzo’s upcoming special cage shows in Los Angeles, produced with 6AM Group and WORK. Due to strong demand, a second night has already been added. The events will operate under a strict no-phone policy, drawing inspiration from the immersive club culture of Europe.
“This track was inspired by early rawstyle and slam music like peeling flesh, I think me and Kayzo both just wanted to make the most fun song we could think of and this is the result of that process, it’s got hard kicks, a fun premise and metal all wrapped into one package.
With “XXX,” Kayzo continues pushing the intersection of heavy music and dance culture, delivering a track designed equally for underground warehouses, dark club floors, and massive festival stages.

Hayden Capuozzo, professionally known as Kayzo, is an American DJ and electronic music producer recognized for his high-energy sound and fearless fusion of genres spanning hard dance, trap, and electronic rock. Born on October 8, 1991, in Houston, Texas, Kayzo spent his formative years moving across the United States before eventually establishing himself in Los Angeles.
Kayzo first broke onto the scene in 2012 after winning Insomniac’s Discovery Project, earning his debut performance at Escape from Wonderland. Since then, he has built a reputation as one of electronic music’s most boundary-pushing artists, seamlessly blending the intensity of rock and metal with the drive of heavy dance music.
