GRAMMY-nominated producer and electronic music innovator Kaskade unveils the next chapter of his forthcoming studio album undux, arriving this winter on Arkade and Monstercat. His newest pair of singles, “I Can’t Make You Love Me” and “Started Over,” continues the record’s introspective narrative and deepens the emotional palette introduced through earlier tracks “DNCR” and “Imprint.”
“I Can’t Make You Love Me” explores the quiet weight of unreturned affection. Built around haunting vocal work and expansive production, the track reflects on the moment when emotional closeness begins to slip away. Its atmosphere carries both vulnerability and clarity, portraying the realization that connection cannot be forced, even when the memory of it remains powerful.
“Started Over” provides the tonal counterpoint. Guided by Cayson Renshaw’s evocative vocals, the song examines the internal push and pull that emerges after heartbreak. It sits in the space between longing and acceptance, pairing rhythmic uplift with reflective tension. The track holds onto the ache of endings while tracing the first steps toward renewal.
Together, the two singles present a dual-sided story: one centered on release, the other on rebuilding. They echo the core of undux—that transition is often where emotional truth takes shape, and that new beginnings are forged from moments of reckoning.
With this release, Kaskade continues to refine the thoughtful, narrative-driven world of undux, an album poised to mark one of the most personal and creatively expansive phases of his career.
ABOUT KASKADE
Kaskade (Ryan Raddon) stands as one of electronic music’s most influential figures, with eight GRAMMY nominations and a career defined by boundary-shifting innovation. His collaborative project Kx5 with deadmau5 earned critical acclaim and industry recognition, further solidifying his legacy.
In 2024, he became the first-ever In-Game DJ at the Super Bowl, performing for more than 123 million viewers. The same year, he was named Best Male Artist at the iHeartRadio EDM Awards, while Kx5 received Best New Group. His presence expanded across global sports and entertainment stages with sets at the X Games, Major League Baseball events, LIV Golf tournaments, and a historic performance at the Miami Formula 1 starting grid.
Kaskade continued his landmark run with surprise appearances at Coachella alongside John Summit and Alison Wonderland, as well as a marathon back-to-back set with Idris Elba in 2025. A standout Central Park performance capped an already extraordinary period. His career highlights also include a Billboard cover story with deadmau5, a celebrated SXSW headline appearance, and a record-breaking 2022 LA Memorial Coliseum show—the largest single-day concert headlined by an electronic artist in North America, according to Pollstar.
