Bass music producer and riddim innovator INFEKT is back with his latest project, ORGANIC DUBSTEP, arriving April 3 via his own label Port Zero. Following the label’s launch in 2025, this new EP builds on its early momentum while reinforcing INFEKT’s unmistakable sound, a fusion of classic dubstep roots and raw, stripped-back bass energy. Known for shaping the modern riddim landscape, he continues to push the genre forward while staying grounded in its underground DNA.
The EP brings together a mix of collaborators, including Barely Alive and Modal Nodes, adding new dimensions to INFEKT’s sonic palette. Despite these collaborations, the project remains anchored in his signature approach, where heavy low-end design meets precise, detail-driven production. The result is a release that feels both expansive and deeply connected to his core identity.
ORGANIC DUBSTEP captures INFEKT’s evolving artistic direction, blending analog-inspired textures with high-impact, festival-ready energy. The concept also reflects his personal ethos, including his well-known vegan identity that fans have embraced through the “veggie man” persona. As the second release on Port Zero, the EP continues the label’s vision of delivering forward-looking bass music while maintaining a strong connection to authenticity and community.
To support the release, INFEKT will take the project on the road with his ongoing Port Zero Tour. The live experience promises more than just music, featuring immersive stage production, industrial-themed visuals, and high-intensity performances designed to translate the EP’s energy into a full-scale live setting. Each show aims to extend the project beyond streaming platforms into something more immersive and memorable for audiences.
