Ahmed Spins Returns After Nearly Three Years with Soulful New Single “Waterfall” Featuring GRAMMY Winner Elderbrook

After nearly three years of silence since his breakout Anchor Point EP amassed over 100 million Spotify streams, Moroccan DJ and producer Ahmed Spins makes a powerful return with his latest single “Waterfall”—a stunning melodic house collaboration with GRAMMY-winning artist Elderbrook.

Opening with a gentle, atmospheric piano motif, “Waterfall” unfurls into Elderbrook’s unmistakable, emotionally-charged vocals. The track gradually rises into a euphoric crescendo, layered with organic percussion and lush textures, capturing both the intimacy of a club set and the expansiveness of a festival anthem. Emotionally rich yet sonically minimal, the track is a celebration of restraint, emotion, and musical synergy.

Following his career-defining Anchor Point release on MoBlack Records, “Waterfall” marks just the third official release from Ahmed Spins, a producer who favors quality over quantity. As a co-founder of Deep House Bible—a community, record label, and event brand—Ahmed returns to the spotlight with fresh momentum, premiering new material during his two-weekend appearance at Coachella’s revered Yuma Tent.

Waterfall‘ is a timeless creation, built on minimal yet powerful elements that we believe will never fade. With two years of refining and emotional dedication, this song is a testament to the beauty of patience and passion. We’re beyond proud of the end result and its ability to resonate forever.” shares Ahmed Spins.

When approaching the lyrics, I found that ‘Waterfall‘ kind of rhymed with ‘high and low.’ It ended up being a great metaphor for the ups and downs that the song is about, so I’m really pleased with how it turned out.” says Elderbrook.
